Join the Choir – Let Your Voice and Music Be Heard

Are you one of those who love to sing with others, but somehow don’t ever get around to joining a choir?  Well, now is the time to give the choir a try.  Anyone who can carry a tune, even if it is with the help of listening to the person next to you, can feel great when his/her voice is blended with the voices of others.  Musical experience is not necessary. Many of our members do not read music, but rather rely on those who do and the rehearsal time to learn the music. The choir also welcomes those who can sing for just part of the year according to what their life-circumstances and schedule will allow. Some of our members have the demands of career or children and need to take time off or to lighten their choir commitment.

So raise your voice in thanks and praise to God and inspire our worshiping community that gathers here on weekends. There is a place for you, no matter what your age or ability.

If you are new to town or to the parish, these smaller “faith families” within our larger church family are excellent starting points. We are proud of our music program, and we are eager for you to join us!

Here are details on some of the musical opportunities awaiting you and your family.

The Concert Committee plans the music programs for the year and arranges guest performances. This group hosts, serves, and coordinates these events.
