NEW PARISH OUTREACH: FEED MY LAMBS
There is something new happening at St Michael’s! A new outreach program called ‘Feed My Lambs’ – a snack program for the youngest of the flock.
Food banks and food distribution agencies across the country are busy making preparations to ensure children have the food they need, no matter what form school takes – virtual or in-person. The goal of St. Michael’s Feed My Lambs program is to be an ongoing source for children in need.
The goal of the program is to be an ongoing source for children in need to receive a snack for school, as well as a weekend food bag. Donations will be distributed through Catholic Charities, St. Joseph’s, Family Promise and area parishes in need. A wish list of food items can be found on our Facebook Page and the website. There is a collection box in the vestibule of the church, as well as one in the lobby of the Parish Center. If you have any questions or for more information, please email feedmylambssmc@gmail.com.
