It is a life that he fills with some of the common disciplines that Catholics, many of them saints, have used for centuries to have what we might call “workouts: with God on a regular everyday life – workouts that changed them – opened them to a life they never thought they could have, that brought much love, peace, joy and pleasure

Like Jesus, the saints and those around us (parishioners, family friends, people we haven’t met yet), each of us can and should be building a deep, abiding personal relationship with God. And that take time.

So, let yourself be with this ever present God in any way that works for you. Just try to remember and be let yourself be present to this

  • Trinity of Persons, who created every one of us, including you It means coning to know and be intimate
  • Jesus, God in the flesh who shared and shares in our lives.
  • The Spirit of God, whom Jesus promised would be always with us, work on making us better versions of our true selves.
