    1. On Synodal process usefulness in involving lay people and women in the process of the appointment of bishops (Note: Lay people are already involved in this.)
    1. Are there divisions that you have been noticing or have been experienced at the synod?
    1. What has been learned about what has to be done differently for Synodality to work better in the life of the Church?
    1. What are you doing about the structure of the Church?
    1. Concerning parishioner participation in the Synod process, to what extent are you going to do something to increase their participation?
    1. On presenting the Synod to others: How was it communicated and received? Is something else needed? What is the synod about and how it is communicated vs. what others expected or wanted it to be about.
    1. How do we make concrete a response to the call for women to have a bigger part to play in the Church?
    1. As you mentioned, the experiences of Church in Peru and in tribal-like groups in our countries has been much more synodal than elsewhere: is this going to be mentioned as a model for the Synodal Church in other places?
    1. Two questions What did the Bishop mean by hiss response to a question in which he mentioned LGBTQ and conversion? What can be done to make Catholic who want the traditional Latin Mass feel less marginalized?
